Sodexo came into China market in 1995. At present, its business is covering as many as 30 cities in China, with nearly 580 operation sites and about 13,000 employees.
1995 Sodexo entered into China market by signing its first service contract in Shanghai
1996 Sodexo started operation in Suzhou

2004 SAIC-Sodexo joint venture established
2005 Sodexo started operation in Hangzhou
2006 Sodexo started operation in Wuhan, Nanjing and Xiamen
2007 Sodexo started operation in Dalian
2007 Sodexo Greater China was awarded the title of "Excellent Enterprise in Catering Business of China" by China Cuisine Association (CCA)
2007 Sodexo ranked the 4th in IOC Global Outsourcing Top 30 released by International Outsourcing Center (IOC)
2008 FAW-Sodexo joint venture established
2009 Sodexo ranked the No.12 in 2008 TOP 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China and the 1st in its industry category
2009 Sodexo was listed into 2008 Top 100 Catering Enterprises in China and ranked No.1 in the field of B2B Foodservices
