Every new-comer goes through a specially-designed course developed to help him/her to integrate into the company. During the first months at the new working place you will:
- Learn about our company’s history, organization structure, culture, mission and goals.
- Understand the nature and fundamental of Sodexo services provided around the world, particularly in China.
- Get to familiarize with team members and know about his/her role & responsibility.
- Work out the way to ensure future sustainable progress in all of our day-to-day activities.
- Learn about Sodexo high-quality service standards, such as labour, hygiene and safety rules.
Integration course is adapted to specifics of each position. Under our managers or experienced experts' supervision and coach, you'll learn about your duties and tasks and finally become a real Sodexo employee.
