    One Hygiene & Safety Officer’s daily work mainly involves:
    -  Make regulations upon hygiene and fire fighting work according to specific situations of different operation sites
    -  Conduct regular checks and examination on Hygiene and Safety at Operation sites
    -  Organize staff trainings on Hygiene and Firefighting knowledge
    -  Assist in handling emergencies related to Hygiene and Firefighting

  • One Training officer in Sodexo:
    In Sodexo, one Training officer’s daily work mainly involves:
    -  Design, coordinate and/or present training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs and manage this activity
    -  Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies indicated by Sodexo Management Academy (SMA)
    -  Foresee potential problems by monitoring complaints, training flow and employee performance
    -  Be able to evaluate training results and monitor changes (follow up on progress evaluation)

    -  Conduct client satisfaction survey, collect customers’ opinions/complaints and make relevant reports to the superior Area Manager, on a regular basis

    -   Ensure the staffs receive correct and regularized trainings and materialize a considerable staff retention rate

    -  Make timely communication with the clients to ensure site operation teams function well and to make  improvement proposals
    -  Supervise the implementation of Sodexo quality standards in operational management
    -  Communicate with other relevant Departments within Sodexo to obtain relevant and timely supports for the operation sites under his charge
    -  Make check tours at the operation sites regularly, to know about how site operation is going on and to supervise each operation site implementing company policies and accomplishing operation goals

  • One Business Development Executive in Sodexo:
    One Business Development Executive’s daily work mainly involves:
    - Develop new clients to increase Sodexo’s market share in key segments. Be responsible for pre-sales and sales development through close team work with dedicated team leader, and selected partner channels. Be the competence point of contact on Sodexo service offers and businesses
    - Be the interface point with relevance for product and business knowledge, product strategies, marketing events and tendering co-ordination
    - Support the Regional Business Development Director and BD teams and be an integral part of contract negotiation and post-sales services
    - Identify the expectations of the potential clients and make service proposals and bidding documents accordingly
    - Ensure the implementation of Marketing & Sales Plan and respond to Invitations for Bid
