Sodexo Greater China officially sponsored 2007 ATP Tennis Masters Cup (Shanghai)

On November 11th of 2007, 2007 ATP Tennis Masters Cup was open in Qi Zhong Tennis Center in Min Xing District of Shanghai. Sodexo is one official sponsor for this great event and food services supplier of audiences.

At the preconference before the start of "ATP Tennis Mastership Cup", the Organizing Committee and Food and Drug Administration Bureau of Min Xing District repeatedly highlighted the importance of Food Safety, requiring food service suppliers to secure food safety, to enable Chinese and Non-Chinese audiences to enjoy both the games and the food.

Thereby, our company dispatched Hygiene officers specially to track the whole process of services based on relevant regulations, from the quality of purchased raw materials, effective signs to food processing. Every day, they would do morning body check to all team members, strictly sterilize containers, tools and table-boards which may touch cooked foods. They guided team members to wear working uniforms, hats, respirators and gloves correctly to make every meal safe and reliable. Besides, law enforcement personnel from Food and Drug Administration Bureau of Minxing District did food safety checks every day. In 8 days, they did 17 sample collections in 3 food safety checks. All samples reached relevant standards.
