Changchun FAW Industry Sodexho Management Services Co., Ltd. (Changchun FAW-Sodexo for short) is officially set up, which marks the successful transformation of FAW Group Corporation based on the principle of "Separating the non-core business from core business". The newly-born Changchun FAW-Sodexo is a joint venture of 594 employees, co-founded by FAW Group Corporation of China and Sodexo Group of France, mainly to provide logistics management services for companies and other organizations.

FAW Group Corporation has been providing work lunches to its employees independently for 8 years, during which it accumulates rich logistic services management experiences. It chose to cooperate with Sodexo, because Sodexo is a global leader in comprehensive logistics management services, with highly-advanced relevant management concepts and experiences.
