Inspiration from Sodexo's Warehouse Management.

It has been nearly 4 months since Sodexo started to provide food services for our training centre. Sodexo's highly efficient management system and customer-centered service spirit are appropriately adapted to the operating system of our "Taihu" cafeteria, two sides mutually complementary, which greatly enhanced the management level of the training centre.

Everything is newly-looked; everywhere is clean and tidy; refreshing feelings just flush into our mind; office, kitchen, canteen, and warehouse, all embodied the regulated management norms. Walking into the warehouse, work duties and procedures are clearly displayed on the wall; all stuff is classified, with separate card corresponding to different classification; unboxed items are put on shelves, with the whole box on top in perfect order. Food storage must conform to "First in, First out"; check up every day to ensure timely food supplement and food freshness; day-to-day inventory check-out must be done, goods, inventory accounts and cards should be consistent with each other. Sodexo's warehouse management model changed the phenomenon of disordered stacking and facilitated the in & out management. Work quality and efficiency have been greatly improved.

Good management brings about high efficiency. Establish the working management based on the equation "Work=current business + improvement", so as to promote the comprehensive development for both individuals and company. Set Sodexo as an example, to learn its warehouse management model, constantly improve the logistics management level. Benchmarking, differentiating and improving, we have confidence that our efforts will enhance each department's work to an upper level.
