Establish Standardization system

- Supervise the source of supply and the food supply chain system from delivery to the restaurant
- Strictly implement the Hygiene and Safety operation procedure, under the supervision of Hygiene and Safety Department
- Provide Hygiene and Safety trainings to the staff on a regular basis
- Train the operation managers through the Sodexo Greater China Management System
- Improve our service quality by listening to and oberving clients' and customers' opinions and advice through client and their staff feedback system

In Operation Management: work out basic Quality Standards to be applied in the following fields:

Commit to Food Safety

CB_HSE2Fully-functional Hygiene and Safety Department
Sodexo Greater China has established fully-functional Hygiene and safety Department. The Major functions of this Department include: to formulate Hygiene and Safety standards applicable for Sodexo Greater China's business activities, to implement those standards on Sodexo operation sites in China, to coordinate hygiene and safety-related issues within Sodexo Greater China and to monitor the implementation of relevant standards on operation sites. Currently, there are over 20 Hygiene officers working for Hygiene and Safety department.

Hygiene and Safety Standards
Sodexo Greater China recognize and accept HACCP as the most effective and useful Food Safety System. On the basis of following China’s Health Laws and Regulations and HACCP principles, Hygiene and Safety Department of Sodexo Greater China has made Hygiene and Safety Standards applicable for Sodexo Greater China's business activities. Those standards include:

- Opening the New Outlet With The Guaranty Of Hygiene & Safety
- Employees Hygiene In Daily Operations
- Raw Material & Food In Daily Operations
- Facility And Equipment In Daily Operations
- Fire Safety Prevention In Daily Operations
- Checking And Keeping Record In Daily Operations
- Food and Fire Incident Plan

Besides, based on HACCP, Hygiene and Safety Department of Sodexo Greater China has also specially made a monitor and check list, shortly called “20 Points Checklist”, which is used to oversee the Hygiene and Safety work on operation sites.

On a regular basis, Hygiene and Safety Officers provide Hygiene and Safety trainings to the staff on operation sites, check the implementation of Hygiene standards on those sites, and effectively help operation sites put Hygiene and safety standards into use. Each operation site strictly follows and implements Sodexo Greater China's hygiene and safety standards.
