Reduced intake of sugar, salt and fats
In 2013, a national culinary contest were held across Sodexo China. Over 385 creative recipes echoing the low-salt, low-fat, nutritionally-balanced and healthily-cooked criteria were generated. Wining menus, out-standing from the competition and strict expert selection, have been put into use serving daily onsite for consumers’ better quality of life.
As the sole player of in-patient food services at 3A hospitals, our dieticians and chefs work closely with doctors to proactively design customized, clinically adapted and appealing diets in line with their physical parameters. For their better recovery, the designed menus are abiding by the principles of not only variety, nutrition-balanced but also of less sugar, salt and fats.
