Sodexo included in “2011 IOC Global Outsourcing Top 30”

The 5th Global Outsourcing Summit, co-organized by Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), International Outsourcing Center (IOC), the international trade and economic cooperation institute of Ministry of Commerce, the Bureau of Commerce of Yunnan Province and Kunming Municipal People’s Government, was held in Kunming, Yunnan.

During the conference, the list of “2011 IOC Global Outsourcing Top 30” and “2011 Top 10 Global Outsourcing Figures” were released. Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Daily Life Solutions, was awarded the 3rd place among the Top 30 Outsourcing Enterprises; Mr. Michel LANDEL, CEO of Sodexo Group, was also included as one of the “2011 Top 10 Global Outsourcing Figures”. Since the Global Outsourcing Summit launched in 2007, Sodexo attended 4 sessions and all ranked in the top 5, which again confirmed Sodexo’s leadership in service outsourcing industry.

The evaluation criteria of “IOC Global Outsourcing Top 30” include company scale, business type, quality certification, talent structure, etc. The 30 top-listed companies mainly come from three market segments: ITO, BPO and KPO, representing the highest level and best practice of the global outsourcing industry. The top 10 global outsourcing figures were selected based on comprehensive assessment criteria including “social influence”, "industry practice" and “industry research”, etc.; they are truly the industry pacesetters, who have been dedicated wholly on the development of the outsourcing industry.
