Shanghai, July 25, 2024 – Sodexo, a global leader in sustainable food and valued experiences, and Andros Professional, master of delicious fruit products, held a strategic partnership signing ceremony in Shanghai.

The event was attended by notable figures including Mr. Joan Valadou, Consul General of France in Shanghai; Mr. Xavier CHATTE-RUOLS, Director of the Business France office in Shanghai; Ms. Marie ZHANG, Senior Business Director of Agricultural and Food Section, Business France office in Shanghai; Ms. Wang Wei, Business Specialist of Agricultural and Food Section, Business France office in Shanghai; and Ms. Delphine Yao, Head of Corporate Relations  at CCIFC. Other key attendees included Ms. Franny Fan, Head of Supply Management of Sodexo Greater China; Mr. Leon Lin, Government Affairs Director of Sodexo Greater China; Ms. Shi Binbin, Andros China Vice General Manager; and Mr. Leon Zhou, Andros China Food Service Director, among other leaders and representatives from both companies.

This partnership signifies that both parties will work closely in the catering services sector. Andros will provide Sodexo's customers in China with a range of French-inspired, natural, and additive-free jams, jellies, purees, and other fruit products. By leveraging their respective strengths and expertise, Sodexo and Andros aim to boost each other’s presence in the Chinese market. They will ensure smooth integration across the agricultural product supply chain and uphold rigorous quality and safety standards "from farm to fork," which will offer consumers a broader selection of French-flavored products. This collaboration will also enhance Sodexo’s extensive footprint in China and reinforce its leading position in the food services market.

Both parties will take this opportunity to further integrate valuable resources, expand their business reach, explore sustainable cooperation models, and support high-quality industry development, all while making a positive contribution to the vigorous development of Sino-French relations. They also look forward to embarking on a new journey in the catering field, fostering strong synergies, and enhancing overall competitiveness.
