On October 29th, 2013, Sodexo (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was named as one of the “2013 Top 50 Companies in the Food Logistics Industry of China” by the Food Logistics Association of China National Food Industry Association, and was awarded with certificate of honor and medal.
This selection activity mainly targets at food manufacturers, logistics companies related to the food industry and restaurant chains in the Chinese market. It is organized by the Food Logistics Association of China National Food Industry Association. The evaluation group is composed of well-known industry experts. Candidates are assessed with over 30 criteria, including the company's annual turnover, ISO 9000 quality management system certification, construction and implementation status of the service quality control system, information management status of one package purchasing services, applications status of the GPS and GIS technologies, innovation status of business management and service, low-carbon operating conditions, and so on. Companies included in this selection are all renowned domestic and foreign companies in China’s food industry and logistics industry who represent leading levels.
