Ms. Yang Xiaojie, Director of Shanghai Xuhui District Commerce Commission, and Ms. Isabelle HANNEDOUCHE, Managing Director of Sodexo Greater China, attended the opening ceremony of this charity campaign. "Xuhui District, as the most competitive new highland of openness and a preferred region for foreign investment in the central urban area of Shanghai, continues to attract foreign enterprises. Sodexo, as an epitome of high-quality French enterprises, has deepened its cooperation with Xuhui District. Through this 'Servathon to Care More' event in collaboration with Sodexo and Shanghai Health Charity Center, we aim to unite various forces to support public welfare development and convey positive energy to society", said Ms. Yang Xiaojie.

In Yunnan Province, a mountainous region with relatively underdeveloped economics, the nutritional condition of tuberculosis patients has long been a focal point in public health. Limited by local economic and geographical conditions, it is often challenging for them to obtain balanced and sufficient nutritional support, thus exacerbating their diseases and severely affecting their quality of life. This is especially true for child and adolescent tuberculosis patients, for whom inadequate nutrition intake can significantly impair physical and cognitive development.

To address this issue, Sodexo has organized the "Servathon to Care More" fund-raising event, incorporating outdoor activities like cycling and running to attract donations from caring individuals across society. The funds raised will be managed by Fudan University Education Development Foundation's Infectious Disease Development Fund to support the nutritional needs of children and adolescents in Yunnan. This initiative aims to provide balanced nutrition meals for frail children in Yunnan province which improving their quality of life, promoting public health and fostering societal development. This event also demonstrates Sodexo's firm commitment to actively fulfill its corporate social responsibilities.
