Recently, the Global Advancement of Women Conference and Diversify Best Practices Member Conference hosted by Working Mother were held in Shanghai.

Jane YAN, Human Resources Director, Sodexo China and Grace HAN, Segment Director of Healthcare, attended the conference and participated in the dialogue, discussing topics on career of women with numbers of outstanding diversity & inclusion culture promoters from Working Mother Media and enterprises.

Diversity Best Practices, a division of Working Mother Media, is the preeminent organization for mid to large size organizational diversity thought leaders to share best practices on how to implement, grow, measure and create first-in-class diversity programs to develop innovative solutions for culture change. Jane YAN, Sodexo China Human Resources Director, Sodexo SoTogether member as well, was invited to participate and introduced Sodexo diversity & inclusion culture, one of the three focuses of its corporate responsibility roadmap and shared Sodexo's strategic indicators in this area.

Grace HAN, Segment Director of Healthcare, Sodexo China, participated in the Global Women's Development Conference, themed as “Powering Women’s Leadership Success”, and joined the dialogue session of “Leadership Insights: Driving Gender Parity”. Evaluated with the words as “motivating”, “thought provoking”, “engaging”, and “inspirational”, Global Advancement of Women Conference will provide global professional women with tools and strategies to advance their careers and increase their influence in their organizations. In a time when women leaders have greater opportunities, they also face more challenges.
